I came in for a manicure and pedicure and was very disappointed with the lack of hygiene and professionalism. The nail technician used the same tools on me that she later used on another customer without sanitizing them first — a serious health and safety concern. Who knows how many times those tools had already been used before they were used on me. When I brought it up to the manager, she was dismissive, rude, and showed no integrity or accountability. I had an amazing experience at Beautiful Nail Make! My husband and I both left feeling completely relaxed and happy. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was calming and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing spa day. Awful service. Will never go back again
first of all i asked for acrylic. i walked in and they didn’t have any of those display nails either the acrylic color. after this i asked for a beautiful set of nails as showed, and she kept messing up on the shaping. i was nothing but kind to her and just sweetly asked to reshape them, but she didn’t shape them as i liked so i asked a few times to re do them. i didn’t like the way the nail art came out so i decided to just ask for plain red color and she basically raged and started speaking horrible about me to her coworke... read more
