Rude, unprofessional management. Manicure left nails a mess, hang nails everywhere that i had to use neosporin and band-aids. Instead of writing a review I called. She said the next one is covered and we made an appt. I come in for said appt and she said i should have came in sooner and wouldn't cover it. She was rude and I knew I wasn't coming back so I left it be and will warn others. To bad because I liked Janet, she is great, she should do nails in a salon where the owner cares about quality and its customers returning.
