I went in to get a pedicure, Approximately a week ago, the service was fairly basic And the girl who did my pedicure just wasn’t very friendly in general and to top it off the real issue for me is that my nails were filed so thin that even with shellac, I can push on them and fold them and literally break them off like paper or baby nails because of it And my feet have been so itchy since getting them done here I would not recommend

Usually the girls at this salon do a careful job, and until now I had no complaints about the quality of their work. But this time something unexpected happened, and it showed me how they deal with mistakes. More specifically, the woman who did my pedicure. She was scrubbing my heels with a pumice stone and accidentally went too far onto the side of my foot, where the skin is soft, not rough. She scraped it until it started bleeding. I got a bio gel done recently and they weren't even done properly at all only gel on half the nail and didnt listen to what I wanted. I had to go elsewhere spend even more to get a fill and whole new polish. I will never be returning.
