Usually the girls at this salon do a careful job, and until now I had no complaints about the quality of their work. But this time something unexpected happened, and it showed me how they deal with mistakes. More specifically, the woman who did my pedicure. She was scrubbing my heels with a pumice stone and accidentally went too far onto the side of my foot, where the skin is soft, not rough. She scraped it until it started bleeding. Great experience, best nails i've had in a long time
I got a bio gel done recently and they weren't even done properly at all only gel on half the nail and didnt listen to what I wanted. I had to go elsewhere spend even more to get a fill and whole new polish. I will never be returning.
Had another lovely experience getting my manipedi done by Fong. This salon definitely gets it every single time.
