Extremely rude. Not sure if she is the owner or receptionist but she has very poor customer service. Came for mani-pedi and eye brow wax/thread with my sister and she claimed she was busy but she was on the phone and ignoring us. Because of that, the ladies began on another customer’s manicure and skipped my sister. When she went to ask if she was in queue, the receptionist started screaming at my sister. Very unprofessional.
