As a lot on here. Bad experience, if you go you might as well just walk away and not pay because they lack that much attention
Really nice experience every time I go. My partner or mum go with me and they like it too. It’s a little more than other places but it’s worth it for the nice experience.

Do not let them near your nails. They were so rough I bled and the male technician was also rude. I left what should have been an enjoyable experience and opportunity for self care feeling upset and in pain. I will never go back.
Horrible service! The man filed directly into my finger and left a massive deep cut, and he didn’t even apologise. My finger was pooling up with blood under the nail. I also left with numerous cuts on each of my fingers, both under the nail and on my cuticles, as they are not gentle at all. There is also hardened nail polish on the sides of my fingers. I do not recommend.
