Should consider changing their name for false advertisement because these were the ugliest nails I’ve ever gotten The builder gel was done with no effort and care, ended up with chud looking ahh blobs on my fingers and mind you my fingers aren’t even ugly but they somehow made them look distorted❤️ Great environment for immersive experience of being ignored if you’re into that❤️ while doing my nail the lady was constantly yelling across the room talking to other staff and was probably looking at my nail 50% of the time 🙂 St... read more

Based on my experience in Australia, this is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I got these nails less than two weeks ago and paid $60. They were filed horribly into a very poorly done square shape, the color quality was terrible, and the gel started lifting and breaking on its own without me doing anything. When I politely said I didn’t like the color, the staff member acted extremely unprofessional, said she was tired of everything, and walked away. Very immature, teenage-like attitudes. Went here a few days ago to get nails done and came out with multiple cuts and uneven bulky nails, was charged $65, a discount would have at least been nice for literally having open wounds when leaving? Now sitting here having to bandage my fingers in disinfectant, shocking service. Other female workers in there are very nice, male technician is unprofessional and unpleasantly rough though. won’t be returning

Not coming back ever again, me and friend went to get our nails done. The man is very very rude and when he was filing my nails he filed my skin which made them bleed. While doing my nails the man also rubbed his nose and then wiped a booger onto the towel on where you put your arms. They also slapped our hands to tell us when to put them in the UV lamps instead of just telling us when to put them in there. Wrost Service !! Not professional at all. I walked in to get infill. They seated me and told me you need to get new set. I said okay. But he was trying to cut my natural nails from the bottom to make his work easy which I didn’t want to cut. I told him I don’t want to cut my natural nails he said I can’t do it.
