I have only been here twice. The first time I went, I got a soft pink chrome set and it was amazing. They lasted long and the quality was good. So I went back a second time with a friend, and unfortunately Im disappointed that the quality was not the same. My friends set are lifting, chipped and scratched, mine are just scratched at this stage. Hopefully its just a once off.
Worse manicure I have ever had. Took 10minutes. The implements were not clean. No hand massage. I didn’t want polish on so just had a clear topcoat. My nails started to splinter from that afternoon and within 2 days I had to cut them short as they kept catching on my clothing. Maybe new emery boards may have helped. AND it cost $35.
My nails were uneven and not done properly, and my French tip was done wonky and uneven, staff kept hitting my hand to tell me to do someone thing and it was not worth $85 ,wouldn’t go back there
Worst set of nails I have ever had in the 20 years I have been getting my nails done. They are uneven, lumpy, the polished is full of dust. I want my money back
I had my nails done at another salon and half the top coat didn’t cure so it was half matte and half glossy. I went to beautiful nail to get it fixed as the original store was closed today and he fixed it for me for free. So kind, thank you so much. These are my nails for my graduation ceremony so I was very happy they were able to fit me in to fix them.
