Terrible place, the therapist never returned my calls about a new prescription medication totally negligent immediately stopped service after 3 phone calls and messages with no return call. Also the equipment used to measure blood pressure weight ect totally off I happened to have a Dr appointment that same day with my primary Dr and blood pressure reading and weight were so far off what Audreys instruments said wich I new were wrong because the Dr ive been seeing for years has my weight and blood pressure. I sent a message last week and this week through their website asking if they took a certain type of insurance as my wife needs a new provider. They never had the decency to respond. So, heres your 1 star.
Finally! For over 30 years I have been in and out of treatment for mental health issues. I came here to, "Beautiful Mind Arizona Psychiatry" and found Bertha! Bertha understood my concerns. She understood that when someone has mental issues, that person has a tornado living inside their mind 24/7 365 days per year. Bertha understands me when literally, no one else could. I had high hopes and great expectations based off of the reviews I saw online. After my initial visit with Dr Jones I felt that I finally found my perfect provider. However, nearly a month after my appointment with her I am still without medication because someone in this office entered my date of birth incorrectly into their system. When I try to verify my prescriptions in the email this office sends to you as a patient, I am unable to do so due to the wrong date of birth.
