Decided to schedule an appointment with Chris for a cut and color. Not only have I been here before, but my friend and her sister are both regulars. Worst decision I could have made. Chris showed up 15 minutes late, then argued with my friend and I about the time of the appointment. Should’ve left then and there, but no, I sat down in his chair. Karen did an amazing job ! I can honestly say my hair has not looked and held color like this before ! I reached out to the salon and Karen got right back to me and fit me in right away . She listened and did EXACTLY what I wanted !! I can not recommend her enough! I look forward to her doing my hair for a long time to come !
