Got a Groupon deal. Scheduled my appt online. Called to confirm and no one answered. Not even option to leave a message. Is this even a real business?
I purchased a Groupon to try out this chiro and massage business. My husband was off from work and could stay with the kids so I was really looking forward to pampering myself. I made an appointment on their online portal and received an automated confirmation. But when I showed up, no one was even in the office. They were closed. No answer when I called. Nada. Attempted calling ahead a day before with no answer. Had my appointment set and showed up early to find no one was in the office, it was closed. Very unprofessional. I noticed it was a similar experience to another almost-client. Don’t waste your time.
It has an online portal that you can make reservations online so you don’t need to call. The only downside is if you buy a Groupon you probably have to book one or two month ahead. Massage was good.
