Apologies for this overdue review on BHS. We first contacted them almost a year ago. We initially just wanted to renovate our master bathroom. We had not had a very satisfying experience with a previous contractor when we renovated our kitchen some years ago, learned from it, and knew what to look for now. Beautiful Homes remodeled my kitchen and a bathroom in 2021. It looks beautiful. However, we are finding that their plumbing is not up to code in places that are not visible or inspected. It appears that the workman cut corners while the bosses were not looking. We have paid thousands of dollars to correct the problems and remediate water damage. If you use Beautiful homes - inspect all the plumbing.
This is our 4th job with BHS and each time we are reminded about why we use them. We have had some less than positive experiences with contractors in the past, but BHS continues to exceed our expectations. In our latest project of multiple bathrooms and a front room remodel, BHS worked seamlessly with our interior designer and delivered a great product. This review is overdue. We had a great experience with BHS, which was recommended to us by our real estate agent. We wanted to remodel two bathrooms, one of which needed a total makeover. Andrew quickly came on site to determine the scope of work shortly after we reached out and was able to provide an estimate of time and cost right away.
