Punishes children and terrorize them. I came here to get my daughters hair double French braided for her gymnastics meet. I made an appointment for 10:30am. We had to be at competition at 11:30am. I had no wiggle room. My appointment got pushed back by 15 mins. I told the rude receptionist that I can't wait a minute longer than 10:45am and she told my child (a 6 year old about an hour before her first gymnastics meet) that she would not take her and do her hair. I love this place.. always on point!!
Maybe you should focus on being ON TIME for your appointments, rather than leaving an 8 year old waiting for an HOUR past appointment time before we finally walked out. On an event day!!!! SHAME on you! Bad management, bad scheduling, bad business in general. And we weren’t the only ones who were left waiting!! We saw several others. No management in sight, poor receptionist left to try to deal with the crisis. Absolutely terrible experience that had my 8 year old daughter in tears!!!
