Good staffing and location
I am always impressed with the service here at this dental office. the hygienist Emile is very friendly and great at cleaning my teeth, Dr Kim is very knowledgeable and informative with his explanations for treatment. The dentals assistants here are also very nice and helpful, Julie and Ana helped take my x-rays. Very easy making my appointments here with the receptionist. Would recommend family and friends to come here.
The doctors, nurses and managers of this clinic were all very nice. I don't know why the boss changed now? A few months ago, my husband and son went to get their teeth filled! They told us that we had to pay more than 290 yuan in addition to insurance! Ok, we paid it, but they kept sending us letters saying that we needed to pay more than 170 yuan. What? Didn't they say we only had to pay more than 290 yuan? Later, they called my insurance company to confirm that we didn't need to pay. Such random charges are very infuriatin... read more
