Please DONT get your dress Altered here… It started with 5star customer service, where they offered me a discount on the dress, and also told me i don’t need to pay for alternation but when my Tania Olsen dress came in i agreed to pay alternation as it was detailed. The problem no one there wants to listen when there’s an issue the customer service stops there. My dress was absolutely beautiful the ladies were so lovely I recommend this company
I called up to find out if they stocked a particular designer/dresses the lady was very rude and said she would only check two dresses and even that seemed like too much hassle for her. Long story short didn't have them so then implied all the ones I had noted (6 dresses) were new and they wont' have them as they only carry old stock.
