I ordered a plant to send to my Brother in law and his family for the lost of his brother. The peace lily was all to one side and to make it look bigger they overpowered it with ribbon I even upgraded it. It looked like they just gave me the left over to whatever they had. Definitely was not worth the money. The only thing that was good was that they did deliver it on time. I will not use them again. I could have gone to Home depot and go a bigger plant than that for a lot less money.
I received flowers from my aunt who lives out of town. She ordered through one of the online stores (ftd or something) she specifically asked TWICE if the arrangement she was purchasing was exactly what was advertised on their website and she was told yes. I sent her pictures of the arrangement I received and not only was it way smaller than she ordered but it was not even close by comparison and the fact that she was still charged $170.00 is disgusting.
