Office staff is so friendly and nice. Lupita was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions as well as gettting me scheduled very quickly. I appreciate this company and all who help me!!!!
Note: I purchased blinds from the Home Depot who contracted Beautiful Blinds for installation. I’m not sure I’d recommend this process as Home Depot has horrible customer service; I wished I had purchased directly from a local blinds store. As far as Beautiful Blinds overall: PRO’s: service members that come to the home are super helpful and do a great job. We needed 2 appointments because as the first installer showed me, Home Depot had sent a few wrong parts. Overall I’d use them again. CON’s: ability to contact them is hi... read more
