I highly recommend Beautiful Bath Pro. From start to finish, the entire process of replacing my tub with a beautiful walk-in shower was seamless. They were professional, punctual, and very easy to communicate with, which made the project stress-free. My wife and I are extremely happy with the final result and the level of service provided. We will certainly use them again for future projects.
Had to wait a little while to get worked in, but once Carlos got to working it 4 1/2 days later we had the best looking bath in town. Don't ever forget "You get what you pay for". Thanks to Brian, Colt, Carlos and Office staff. Mama is happy.
Called for an estimate. The person who came out was horribly rude and argumentive when I told him what I needed. What he quoted- anyone else could have done for 2-3 thousand dollars. Instead, he quoted 7-8 thousand dollars. I can guarantee that anyone who had work done by this company paid thousands more than necessary. I realize finding reputable contractors in Lubbock is difficult, but they have to be the worst.
Bailey & Heath were awesome! My walk-in shower helps me so much as I am often unsteady on my feet. They were very courteous & helpful. I would recommend their excellent work to others. Judi Atcheson
