Called for an estimate. The person who came out was horribly rude and argumentive when I told him what I needed. What he quoted- anyone else could have done for 2-3 thousand dollars. Instead, he quoted 7-8 thousand dollars. I can guarantee that anyone who had work done by this company paid thousands more than necessary. I realize finding reputable contractors in Lubbock is difficult, but they have to be the worst.
Bailey & Heath were awesome! My walk-in shower helps me so much as I am often unsteady on my feet. They were very courteous & helpful. I would recommend their excellent work to others. Judi Atcheson

The installer (Carlos) was top notch! We would recommend this company highly to anyone needed some remodeling done!! Kudos to Beautiful Bath Pro!!
