This experience has made me not want to support small businesses, paying for your own shipping to return a product that caused breakouts (while not their fault) could’ve been avoided by shopping at a major retailer. A bit too money hungry for me, since I will also not be getting my money back but rather store credit. Not worth it if you’re trying a new product.

Looks like I’m not the only one based on other reviews... Placed an order in June only to find out weeks later the item was back ordered with no communication on their end. Went back-and-forth being told the in stock date was soon however still nothing. Promptly canceled my order and they have yet to refund me three weeks later. Awful awful awful.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order two weeks ago and was told it would arrive within 3-5 days via FexEx. Everyday since then, I received a notification that it would arrive by “end of day today.” I have still not received my order and there is no answer when calling the customer service telephone number which, in and of itself, is almost impossible to find. Atrocious. I was shopping for my staple product and it had been out of stock everywhere. It’s the only face wash that my sensitive skin can tolerate. I would check online and in store regularly for it to be back in stock somewhere. Finally, it was back in stock on major platforms so I did what any shopper on a budget would do- I decided to make the purchase with the company (Beautified You) that offered the best price.
