I absolutely love my nails every single time! Caitlin is so talented, detail-oriented, and always brings my ideas to life even better than I imagined. The salon is always clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and I never feel rushed. My nails last so well and still look amazing weeks later. She is professional, friendly, and truly cares about her clients. I always leave feeling so confident and pampered. I would recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful nails and an amazing experience!
This is my first time ever to get a foot pedicure and I loved it. The foot spa was amazing and relaxing and got my toenails painted to. I already scheduled for another one this month. Yall really need to get a foot pedicure, you won't be disappointed.
Very nice salon and so is the owner. I didn't want to leave her a bad rating because this was out of her hands. I made my appointment over a week ago for 6pm with the nail tech. I got there at 5:45 and waited 25 minutes. The nail tech never showed. I'd like to give her less than 1 star. Very unprofessional. Not a great way to start my vacation.
Completely destroyed my nails right before a business trip. She booked me super late which I said I was fine with. She questioned on me if I ate before coming and made a snarky comment about not eating all day and why didn't I bring her something. I thought it was a joke and laughed until she proceeded to grind the top layer of my nails down until it was painful and she kept calling me weak. They were a globby acrylic mess by the time I left. I had to pay someone else to fix them last minute.
