I came to try this new machine that gives you 30k crunches in 30 minutes! It was absolutely amazing. It was not painful but you could feel your abs working like you’re actually doing the workout. Miss MaryAnn used some red light therapy on my back for fat burn, and she made me feel so comfortable and taken cared of. She made me some delicious tea and was always making sure I was feeling good.
