Hair was to be serviced after booking a month in advance to be told initially she didn’t have me on the appointment. Then she booked someone else informed me 4mins before appointment. She stated she’d give my refund on deposit but hasn’t. When I asked another stylist were they available she talk while they were speaking out her room saying they don’t do kids hair and so on. Nikita did my facial. WOW! She is truly amazing! I am 58 years old. It is by far the best facial that I have ever had. She also gave me some good suggestions and feedback to help maintain skincare.
