I don’t normally go here for my nails, but I was in town on Wednesday so decided to get a gel manicure. I’m really unhappy with the uneven coat, the nail tech didn’t file my nails after wards to take care of rough edges and then the clear coat wasn’t applied to the entire nail. So now 4 days later my nail has chipped and needs to be fixed. This should easily last 2 weeks on me.. A waste of money, I’ll be getting them redone in Mankato and won’t be returning.
I have been getting my nails done at Beauti Nails & Spa for a few years. Everyone is very friendly and makes it a fun experience. They are a busy salon so can't always accommodate walk-ins, but their on-line booking system is so slick. I personally prefer either Tiffany or Van, but everyone seems to do a good job.
This experience was horrible to point burned my nail grinding to hard on to my real nail causing burning feeling to my finger. No communication started taken my nails off when I wanted a fill and repaint and never communicated anything to me in English only spoke to other colleagues. When I finally asked him what he was paint on my nails he told me he was removing all my nails. I absolutely love coming to Beauti Nails! The salon is always so clean and peaceful — it’s the perfect spot to relax while getting pampered. Tina is my go-to nail tech and she is AMAZING. She’s always up for any nail design challenge I bring her, and her work is flawless every time. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also super friendly and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, which makes it even better. Highly recommend Tina and this salon!
Was a few minutes late, due to traffic and then was rushed into the salon, used dirty tools, did not care about what the customer was feeling at all. Just a complete bad experience. Would NEVER. Go back.
