I have been coming to this salon for about 7 months now and absolutely LOVE it there. every artist i get put with gives me exactly what i want, They are THE best i love their work and how they take the time to make sure i get exactly what i want, thank you guys for all that you do!!
Worst experience of my life today. I asked for a gel manicure and for my nails to be cut short. All my nails are different lengths. The guy doing my nails was too busy watching Deal or No Deal and cut my cuticle severely that we couldn't stop the bleeding. Every time I try to get my nails done it doesn't work out for me. I'm disabled and rely on these services because I can't do them myself. Thought it was going to be relaxing but definitely wasn't.
Do not go here. They messed up my wife’s toe the week of our wedding. Her toe is inflamed, and the polish didn’t last the first day so she went back and gave them a second chance. However, the second chance resulted in her toes being cut with puss draining from the side of her toe. She went back for a third time requesting a refund for the service and they would only give 50% refund. This service was already $50 plus $10 tip which is extremely high for just a gel pedicure. Unacceptable.
Roxy always does an amazing job! Eyebrows, pedicures and nails are always on point from her!
One of my friends brought me here months ago and I’ve enjoyed the experiences. I’ve learned who I like to complete my nails as I’ve tried several people out. Lauren and Tommy and one other guy in the front. Not sure of his name but he’s in the far right front table. Does a wonderful job on nails. Only had issues with 1 person who hurt me pretty bad and didn’t complete my nails correctly. I’ve had zero complaints with the three I listed above.
