Today 09-03 I visited this location. I saw V and after bringing her attention to the previous negative review that specifically named her, decided to write one myself. Normally I simply tip to indicate my satisfaction, but I felt it necessary to convey my different experiences with this tech. She seemed to be focused and attentive to me. Very professional and a pleasant staff. I do not live in or near the Saraland Beaute Salon. However I work 30 minutes away and I work 12 hour shifts. Every time I call this salon a very friendly staff member greets and provide the information requested. Upon each visit around 6:30 in the evening before the end of the business day, I am greeted as if the day just started. Just yesterday I felt welcomed and the service provided was excellent. I highly recommend this nail salon. I will return.
