They conditioned the heck out of my hair. I must go back to keep my strands as healthy as possible.
I was once a fan of this salon, but after several visits and I am no longer willing to return. Booking is extremely complicated, it literally takes 10 mins to book an appointment online and go through all of the prompts. Trying to get someone on the phone is also a pain as they rarely answer the phone.
Let me begin by saying...DO NOT SLEEP ON THESE LADIES! The shop has an ambiance, an atmosphere that is conducive to peace...cleanliness, check; uncluttered, check; secure; check...professionalism, timeliness, respectfulness, check, check and check! These ladies have it, and the services are STELLAR! Relaxing and thorough, gentle and soothing. A DEFINITE repeat experience, and this client is more than pleased!
