I had one of the worst experiences at this salon. The pedicure was sloppy and completely missed the mark—no effort was made to clean up the dead skin around the nails. The French manicure looked rushed and unprofessional, with uneven white lines that make it look like I did it myself at home. But the worst part was the manicure. The technician was so distracted by her conversation that she aggressively used a coarse electric file on my nails, weakening them to the point that they now bend backwards when I pick something up. ... read more
