Is that place still open been phoning there for 3 weeks straight nobody answered so I went there and phoned while sitting In The waiting room heard the phone ring but they still didn’t answer
Dr. Lorne is very friendly, my child was scared to have her eyes check but he made it a game and everything work out great. The front deck secretary's not so much, rude and pushy on the phone.
Stay away…should have retired years ago. Had to get two different pairs of glasses because they don’t realize people use computers or cell phones. I should have just gone to Winnipeg instead.
Terrible phone customer service and sadly still enforcing face masks in order to get eye care.
