Incompetence from the start. The person who conducted the televisit "screening" didn't introduce herself. I have no idea if she was a PA, NP, or someone off the street. Honestly, the way she stumbled through trying to read the intake forms, I don't think she was a provider. When I told her to read what I already submitted, she moved right into scheduling me for a sleep study. There was no screening, evaluation, or discussion. Great team
Horrible billing issues. They seem to milk the insurance and co-pays to a dishonest level. For one sleep study that was done at home (only picked up/dropped off device at the office), we had to pay three different co-pays. The last was billed on Nov 20; we paid on Dec 4 and the check cleared on Dec 11. Then we got another co-pay bill on Dec 25. It sure looks like they were hoping we would just pay the bill.
