Horrible administration and office service. I had to deal with this practice as a vendor and got the runaround from Ruth, then she faxed me records for the wrong patient!! When I finally received the correct patient records, it was missing half of what we requested. The one positive was when I called Ruth back, sa really nice, helpful guy, I think his name was Yuri answered and immediately emailed me what I needed.
Dr. Youssef misdiagnosed my mother 3x from Sept-Oct 2025. During the first encounter Dr. Youssef did perform a physical exam, not even placing a stethoscope to her chest. She prescribed antibiotics instead (twice) and sent her to the ENT. My mother's symptoms are textbook for lung cancer (and metastasis)..... On 10/24/2025 my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer by INOVA Alexandria ER. It was metastasized to her brain and liver.
On the phone, I was told the immigration physical was not more than $850. In person, Dr Youssef told me it will be less after going through my medical records. Paid $645 in person only to receive a bill for $900. Scam Galore
If you’re thinking about this office, think again. Trash, trash, & more trash. The nurse Makayla & the phlebotomist are the only staff members that know how to do their job here. On the day of the immigration physical, they give us a form that expired 6 months ago & no longer valid with USCIS. One week later, we are told the exam report is ready with a balance of $45 remaining although we were told there would be no more charges after the initial appointment. After reading the reviews please stay far away from this place especially Dr. Yousef, she is literally the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. My fiancée was seen by her recently and it was nothing but a disaster. I thought people chose this field because they generally care about people and theeir well being. She failed to follow up with her after she was seen by het the previous day.
