Called on July 7th to set up a time to come in and speak with a counselor due to having issues with my PTSD. Informed that the counselors were not available and that a call would be made the next day to schedule an intake so I could start possible counseling. No one has made a call. I understand that there are many veterans in our area so I waited. I had to call today at 1408, July 18th and was told by the gentleman that a counselor was in today and that she would call me back in about an hour to set up an intake/appointment... read more
