My recent experience was nothing short of professional and compassionate. Getting a cancer diagnosis is scary enough, but then I was guided by competent and friendly people who made my experience less stressful and reassuring. The surgical team, nurses, administrators were amazing.
So many mistakes, huge lack of clear, knowledgeable communication from the ER leaving me dehydrated for hours to the Dr. Offices, so much needless suffering, poor or non-existant follow up. Staff trying to cover up their mistakes, blaming others. 3rd floor receptionist in 310, older woman with long red hair, Extremely Rude. Do not go here for cancer treatment, way too much stress. Remodeling doesn't make a good hospital.
So I got ahold of them yesterday and set up an appointment for tomorrow after spending 20 minutes the day before getting transferred around and hanged up on. They were supposed to send an email link for their unique portal but it did not arrive. I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes today listening to the same Schumann piano sonata for 12 minutes. Someone came on and said please hold and now I don’t even have Schumann. If I have to be hold so long at least rotate different Schumann pieces. People with cancer are trying to get stu... read more

it's never a good look to swipe someone's credit card before you administer life saving medicine. you can't bill prior to, or after? nope, I guess not. it's not enough having cancer. is that credit or debit!! maybe poor customer service is what bankrupted "Beaumont" 🤔
