We love this Dr office! Everyone is polite and kind. We especially love Dr Jared! He is great with my son!
I like the NP that I see however, they did not obtain a prior Auth prior to my first 2 appts so now I have a bill of over $400 and NO ONE will communicate with me. I keep getting the runaround let me transfer you here to this person or billing and then of course no one calls me back. So because of their error my appts get cancelled if I can’t pay the bill and my refills get denied. if my appt required an authorization why not call me so I can cancel instead of sticking me with the bill just ridiculous
