I can not stress this enough, go somewhere else. They lost my referral, then forgot to send a prescription for 4 days, then tried to send it to multiple addresses that don't have pharmacies because they didn't write it down when I gave the information to both the resident and supervising Dr for the practice. No one should have to fight this hard for a practice to see you that won't even listen to you. They just Wana play with your mental health and absolutely not listen to a word you say. If I could give this practice??? a negative quantifier, I would. They engage in unethical billing practices. They have billed my primary,secondary insurances, the credit card on file, and myself. When they were called out on it they refunded my money with no apologies. They put me on so much medication that my primary care doctor and 2 pharmacists were rightfully concerned about my health. I’ve only been one time so far. But was very impressed with Dr. Jason’s way of listening and coming to the results he did. Very professional. I had an issue getting my meds but they worked every day to find the solution. Never got a voice mail except for the Sunday I called. Maybe 2 x but they still worked tirelessly until it was corrected. Staff is wonderful, timely and work as a team. Couldn’t ask for more. Elizabeth Roberts
