Big NO!! You can never get a same day appointment. Everyone rushes you. They push every shot on you and don’t give up when you say no. Melissa was a nice doctor but she said my daughter is over weight and to cut her feeding down and only give her 1 nap a day. She’s 8 months old. The other doctors she has seen were also very rude and aggressive. You wait almost wait a hour just to be seen. Also be ready to be judged!! I am going to join the list of 1 star reviews. I have also had a less than stellar service here. While my Dr was nice but that was all .l had a very personal issue that needed to addressed and l felt unheard-of i gnored . The staff to me were not friendly or even helpful. I regret making this my a dr for my child. Nobody even attempted to help me and the dismissed. If you are WOC find somewhere else.
First off I would like to say every time we have seen the drs they were very kind, my issue is getting same day appointments if you have a sick child. You have to call first thing in the morning and they have only so many available appointments, so if your child wakes up all swollen with an allergic reaction like mine did or they have a high fever or an ear infection and you don’t call first thing at 830am you won’t get a same day appointment, they tell you to go to the urgent care, I have NEVER had an issue like that with m... read more
