I've been taking my children to this location for 18 years, through multiple changes in ownership. I will never come back to this place ever again. Appointment times mean nothing, people walk in after you and get taken back before you. They do not understand how to run a business and you not understand that people are customers
Big NO!! You can never get a same day appointment. Everyone rushes you. They push every shot on you and don’t give up when you say no. Melissa was a nice doctor but she said my daughter is over weight and to cut her feeding down and only give her 1 nap a day. She’s 8 months old. The other doctors she has seen were also very rude and aggressive. You wait almost wait a hour just to be seen. Also be ready to be judged!! I am going to join the list of 1 star reviews. I have also had a less than stellar service here. While my Dr was nice but that was all .l had a very personal issue that needed to addressed and l felt unheard-of i gnored . The staff to me were not friendly or even helpful. I regret making this my a dr for my child. Nobody even attempted to help me and the dismissed. If you are WOC find somewhere else.
