My daughter had an appointment today. I didn’t know where I was going and I ended up in the wrong hospital building on the grounds. I asked for help and no one was able to tell me I was in the wrong building. I called the office to ask for help and the operator picked up, she called the office and they gave me the correct location, but but by this time I was 16 minutes late for the appointment. This office is totally incompetent. They are unable to make or keep an appointment. If you make one it will be MONTHS before you're seen, and even then they will call to reschedule because they can't figure out how an appointment system works. Terrible staff and doctor. Do yourself a favor and don't go here, this is not health care. They are scheduling based on how good your insurance is, not based on who is next in line. Reception staff is extremely rude and incompetent.

We love our doctor but not impressed with Corewell Health system. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phones here or return calls. Thinking of switching my child to U of Mi.

This office is WONDERFUL! From scheduling to our visit, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Kriem listened to every concern and went out of his way to make sure all boxes were checked and we have a solid treatment plan. Kathleen (one of the front staff) was so friendly and helpful. So happy we found ourselves here.

This office is a joke. No one returns calls, no one relays messages to doctors and the on call doctors don’t read the patients chart before giving medical advice. The office manager takes no responsibility for her employees and even said it’s not her problem I don’t feel it important to come in (during the height of covid bc my child has a genetic disorder and is immunocompromised and the secretaries suggested phone visits).
