Sky high prices! $5,787 charged for a simple ER ultrasound visit. No medicine or special procedures done, just an ultrasound and a reading of the ultrasound. Depravity. Update: Reading of the ultrasound wasn't covered by the $5,787. I got a separate bill for that. Sometimes medical costs are high for a reason, and sometimes they are just destructive. From internet search "Studies show that up to 30-40% of Americans delay or skip medical care due to cost concerns, and high sticker prices contribute heavily to this."

The doctor came into my room and asked me if I really thought the flu was an emergency. Totally understand they are overwhelmed but that for sure was uncalled for and not necessary unless you want to feel bad for trying to get some help id find elsewhere to get checked out
I am in constant pain sitting and walking . I needed a CT scan of my left knee to provide extra imaging for my peri prosthetic fracture in my left knee so the orthopedic surgeon can make a plan. I had the CT scan on Saturday.at 8 am. Called Tuesday because there was no test result in MyChart. I called the imaging department and was told it takes up to 7 DAYS to have the test read by the radiologist if not ordered STAT. I was looking forward to visiting this site. Unfortunately, I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for blood work. In addition, the urine sample cups were so backed up, I had to put mine on top of another (absolutely NO excuse for this). There was no one consistently at the desk, to ask if I was somehow missed. When the tech came out to call another name, I quietly, told her I had been waiting over an hour she took me back with her.
