I’ve had the misfortune of needing emergency services twice since they’ve opened, and they were fast, efficient, and thorough both times! This last time, Caitlyn was amazing with stitching me up! THANKS!!!!
I went in Sunday night for side pains, one of their doctors decided to only do a ct scan and send me home with the diagnosis of “gastrointestinal “ Didn’t do my urine sample because of my “IUD” and didn’t draw blood.. ended up back in the ER Tuesday night at Henry ford come to find out I have an ovarian cyst weighing in at 4.8 cm.. so realistically, after consulting with the other ER. A Hidden Gem. !!! I went last Saturday morning to the ER in Livonia off 7 mile for the first time . It was amazing. Both Dr Mims and my nurse Jennifer were kind , gentle. ..and caring. As I was getting ready to leave, Dr Mims actually came to ask me if I got any relief from the shot I received...I was out in one hour and 10 minutes.
I am not sure why this place has bad reviews. The staff are nice and professional, you are seen very quickly, and it is a very clean well maintained environment. Go to the ER’s in downtown Detroit and you will realize how good you had it at this place. Although I live in Detroit now I will still come out to Livonia in an emergency. The drive is worth it as you will be seen right away versus waiting hours in Detroit.
Experience with techs who did actual MRI was great! However, experience with Radiology has been AWFUL!!! Took 9 days for them to read. Glaring errors in MRI report. Numerous attempts by myself and doctors to get corrected have been ignored.
