Dr. who performed the orthopaedic surgery is outstanding. Office staff representing said Dr. is not. Needing a rx filled (not even medication) and the staff neglecting to forward to the pharmacy is inexcusable. What makes the entire matter worse is NO ONE WILL ANSWER the phone. We have been calling since she left, leaving messages, with zero response. We don’t even need to speak with you all, just SEND HER RX over to CVS. Horrible service extremely mean
The doctor was okay, but I had to wait thirty minutes in that little room. I was treated very poorly.. As I proceeded to check out, I waited for the receptionist to have 2 different conversations with other receptionists before she turned around and asked a lady that was next to her to help me who also was engaging in a conversation with her coworker.
