Had my first hip repacement in 2024 and everyone was professional and amazing. About to have the second one and everyone is still professional and amazing. Dr. Dwyer, his NP Erika, and the rest of the team are always polite and take the time to answer questions. Definitely feel like I'm in good hands!
This has to be the worst medical facility ever... The receptionist are rude and unwelcoming it was 8am in the morning and the girl was rude and smaking on chips they openly talked about other patients business I believe that's a HIPPA volition they absolutely don't take anything serious, There were a few that were nice but Dr Alta I may be mispronouncing his name had his resident do my procedure and the guy didn't even know how to properly sanitize my hand it was a very horrible experience the Dr even told me that my allergy... read more
Beware of medical gaslighting down playing conditions unfair and cruel treatment that the entire staff will participate in . For people that don’t believe doctors would be abusing patients believe this is real and a form of emotional abuse and should not be receiving a red cent for this game playing immaturity on the behalf of so called professionals. Not FOOLED.
Dr. Martewiez is excellent! Very professional and genuinely cared about my shoulder pain and issues. He made my life so much better after my visit.
Brought my daughter in because she fractured her ankle the previous night , urgent care told me to bring her here the next day . I was unaware walk in hours were from 5-9 , so when we came this morning the receptionist said they were unable to see her and that walk in hours are from 5-9, but since she was already in a boot from the urgent care , after hours clinic wouldn’t be able to do anything else for her & we would just need to schedule an appointment, she then booked us an appointment for November 9th .
