I liked the doctor but unfortunately the front desk staff is terrible, including the manager. I’m not sure why these doctor offices can’t hire compassionate, friendly staff members! I had a miscarriage and it was my first pregnancy, I really needed some guidance and felt I needed to speak with the doctor but was completely shut out in a very disrespectful way. Turned me off to the whole office.
My visit with Dr bowen went well. But, it's been 2 weeks since my test results returned and I have not heard from the office. I've called multiple times and the receptionist said she would note for the doctor to contact me and nothing. I've even left a message on the online mychart for the doctor and still nothing. It's very frustrating to see my results and not have a professional call to discuss them with me. I will not be returning.
