The doctor is great here and I’ve had great care. However—nobody ever answers the phone at the office, so it’s almost impossible to get a hold of anybody there, to schedule an appointment or get results, etc. Therefore, it doesn’t matter how good the doctor is, if they don’t hire support staff such that you can get information or even schedule an appointment. I am writing this for a friend, because I'm horrified about her experience, and she has too much on her plate to be leaving a review herself. My friend is a 33 yrs old ICU nurse, with three kids under the age of four, who was just diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer.
