Terrible place. Spoke with the provider Christopher A Haltigin, MD, he was NOT compassionate, and actually had pretty terrible bed side manner. I was speaking up and advocating for myself, and he just straight up told me no. I wanted to be re tested for my own informed decisions on what’s going on with my own health and he’s like NO WE ARE NOT RE TESTING because this won’t change the treatment plan at all. Jay was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. I was simply calling regarding an appointment that my doctor asked me to schedule. She said there were no appointments available and someone would reach out to me if something were to become available. I asked for an office manager and was told she wouldn’t be in until next week and no one else was in the office after she asked someone sitting next to her when her office manager would be in next. Literally the worst pregnancy prenatal visit I’ve had and I have 2 previous children. My appointment was at 1pm and it’s going on 3pm and I haven’t even met my OB. I am heading into 16 weeks pregnant. No ultrasound nothing. I have children I have to pick up from school. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had. I don’t see how anyone trust these physicians with their baby.

I wish there were a zero-star option. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for over two weeks. I called multiple times on different days, but the phone would ring with no answer and eventually go to an automated message. This location also does not appear in MyChart for online scheduling, and the other locations that do are booked a month out. After repeated attempts with no success, I gave up and scheduled with another OB/GYN clinic whose physician has Corewell privileges.

I’m sure the front desk woman used a fake name as she refused to give it to me 3x but she goes by “jay” When asking to speak to a supervisor regarding care, she told me the office doesn’t have one, and then when I asked again how an office doesn’t have a supervisor she told me there was nobody I could talk to “today.” She refused to allow me to leave a message or give me the name of the supervisor.
