I came in there today smell like straight shit.I waited to get my xray and felt like I was in the sewer .Smell is very bad there .Tech was nice and Kool. They had glad plugin mix with shit circulation
RecommendedHad a very pleasant experience, I go there for all my ct scans, xrays, mammograms, bone scans, etc. Great People work there.

I called to confirm they received the order from my PCP for a CT Scan and was told they are waiting on insurance approval. I called my insurance and they said nothing had been requested. My insurance called the office and was told they have been busy and didn’t file for insurance approval yet. I don’t appreciate being lied to. I’ve asked for my PCP to send me elsewhere.
After calling to confirm they were open and could complete a simple xray needed we drive there. Next time just tell me before I drive over, fill out forms and wait that you wanted to leave work early today instead you tell me the tech turned off everything and don’t know the password to restart and no other techs would answer calls .
They did not do their job. Did not provide CD of x ray. Had to return from Dr. office. Receptionist stated CD not provided because they did not think Dr. needed. Provided with CD which turned out to be blank. Dr. office contact MRI who promised to send CD via courier. Did not arrive. Dr. could not wait. He saw me anyway. When I left courier had not arrived. Unacceptable all the way around.
My doctor sent me over to Beaumont MRI. I had to wait over 3 hours, the tech. said they double booked, why not sure. Then got a bill because they didn’t turn in my insurance to the billing company. I had to call the billing company and give info myself even though I had given info to Beaumont MRI, when I had test done. People that work there were nice enough but people in office didn’t seem to know what was going on. One man went to counter and they had another patients info. Hopefully they were just having a bad day.
Staff is nice, courteous and helpful.
