I would offer no start IF I could. On June 11, 2024, I was a new patient at this office. It took me a month to see someone. Unfortunately, Google Maps led me to the wrong building when I got there! When I eventually arrived to the correct building, I was not welcomed, or even addressed. I need to be seen as I THINK I broke my finger! I waited to be seen because of this appt. but guess I need Urgent care now. The office staff is completely prejudice, disrespectful and belittling. You will leave with more trauma than when you came. I was treated horribly. The staff told me to go find another doctor somewhere else and refused to provide me with adequate help, services, referrals and communication. The office is small, old and dirty. My right were completely violated which goes against Healthcare laws. I received absolutely no Advocation.

So far everything has been rly good. The staff has been super friendly, Anette is really nice and easy to deal with. Dr. Azzouz is great, I like her a lot! Only good things so far
