Fantastic service right from the initial enquiry, all the way through to the supply of the order to the UK!!. Halle, was friendly, professional and prompt at replying to emails and questions. Highly recommend this company for all grinding machines or specialist parts.
Everyone at KMG were great to work with. Answered all my questions. Got the TX and it exceeded all my expectations. Bought a number of there tool rests, and the universal arm. The arm is built like a tank with no movement in it at all. The Caffery Platen is a pure joy. The wiring was very easy and wired in the reverse switch which was also very easy and straight forward. I have two kmg classics and a horizontal disk grinder. Love them all. And I just ordredered the tilting chassis and the articulating work rest and extra wide work rest. I will passing down one of my classic chassis to a beginning knife maker, who i am sure will become a fan as well. Andrew is great to work with and a family man, which I am proud to support. Can't recommend his company enough.
