Anything with the Corewell brand on it is just terrible. Apathetic staff, facility is poorly maintained, everyone moves slowly, staff always seem miserable and uninterested. If I'm at a Corewell facility, it is because my insurance requires it, and because the health matter is urgent and cannot be ignored any longer.
Disrespectful and negligent care. fails completely.
They are genuinely great people.
Just had a sleep study. Had one before but I didn't sleep. Shelton hooked me up to all the wires. He made it very comfortable and I was able to sleep. He is a very kind man and an asset to Corewell system.
