I don't think they should allow same day appointments if they can't get you in a 30 minute window. They still look confused about the wait time. Money grab! Its been an hour and still waiting. Writing this as I'm sitting here waiting. You suck ! The ladies up front ask if i signed in and more excuses.

I think they have individuals working for them that do not do their job and they want to blame the patients for their mistakes. Shame on you Oakwood!
