They need a lil bit of help here on a Sunday. I came in early and still waiting, my scheduled appointment was at 5pm then I received an email saying I changed my time ( I did not change anything), now that’ it’s changed I’m still sitting here 40 minutes later. Since I’ve been sitting here 4 people walked out talk about customer service, wait times and having an appointment. That’s down the drain.

First let me say Sandra was wonderful. Made everything comfortable. But wow not much privacy there . I could hear everything the other tech was saying to a patient while they were in a room. And they have men just a few feet away near the changing room. Not sure I’ll go back but if I could have Sandra next time then I would. Not sure we can choose though.
I took my almost 3 year old daughter here for allergy testing. She had to get blood drawn. Traumatic because she's a toddler. I get a call from my pediatrician the day after that this place told them they no longer send blood out for it. Why didn't they tell me this when I gave them the script, before putting my daughter through tall that unnecessary pain for me to have to go somewhere else?!! Extremely neglectful.
