The staff and office are incredibly unprofessional and do not know how to schedule or call patients back. I would not trust them with my health! Dr. Franco is alright but her staff needs to be trained. They do not care about patients
BEWARE!! I find it VERY hard to believe that a doctor office DOESN'T keep or make copies and file forms that a patient (at the time) has a doctor fill out! To me... That is very UNPROFESSIONAL! I stopped seeing Dr. (Arch) (as I called him) Because I felt worse and kept telling him that I was experiencing symptoms I didn't have before and within a couple months I went from no meds to 8! Horrible hospital experience. Rude, negligent, and unsafe staff. Stay away.
Doctor Alexander Archhiyan D.O has taken 1 month to fill out paperwork from medical supply company, and as of today still hasn't got it right. I'm the caregiver of my friend and seems like they just don't care. Staff included, it took so long to fax it needed to be redone. If possible, I would have put no stars. Shame. Is that good patient care ? Shame
