July 15,2025 I just wanted to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank two incredible ladies at the surgery center who went above and beyond in helping my husband during his recent visit. Their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness made a stressful experience so much more manageable for both of us. My favorite place to when I or family members need care
Wished I would have read the other reviews before wasting my time here. Inefficient and slow at processing patients. Waited for over an hour to be called back for check in for FASTING blood draw. Then you wait additional time to be called back by the phlebotomist. They do not value your time at this facility. The lab staff are efficient (Alayna was outstanding so this review is not a reflection on the phlebotomist).
If you're looking for patient care, efficiency, respect go any where else than here! I've unfortunately been using this lab because it's close to home for years and each time I come away frustrated, angry and reminding myself to never go back however, I made the same mistake today only to regret it immensely! I just spent almost two hours there and walked out without getting my lab work done!
