Took my son there on a Sunday morning with a 104 fever he was having since Friday. Paid $150 to be seen. Waited 1.5 hrs before being brought to a back room for another 1.5 hrs. Two months later I get text from Corewell saying I have a “overdue” bill but never was mailed an invoice. Upon calling I found out there’s a $10 balance for the office visit. They charged $9083 - PR GLOBAL FEE URGENT CARE CENTERS 250.00, my $150 plus $90 from the ins. payment wasn’t enough, now they nickel & dime me for another $10. So, beware if you ... read more
Very disappointing first visit. The office felt dark and unwelcoming. After my flu shot, the medicine dripped from my arm — I’m not even sure I got the full dose. I waited for this appointment for 2 months and as a new patient today, I was also told the doctor is going on maternity leave in two weeks. Totally unreasonable to take new patients right now. Wouldn’t recommend this office.
Amazing office service there is a girl front desk. Her name is Lauren. What a sweetheart she is the way she treat. I can’t express very well welcoming a beautiful smile with positive and professional attitude thank you.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bandri for over 25 years. He’s an exceptional physician—professional, compassionate, and deeply committed to his patients. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the Beaumont health care system, which has steadily declined since the Oakwood transition. I’m now actively seeking care elsewhere.
