Very nice staff at this facility thank you so much!
One of the most rude reception staff, "Toni" I've ever encountered in an ER. Arrived at about 9pm Dec 30 at the Warren at Canton Center facility, the security guard was very, very helpful. But Toni was rude, curt, dismissive and even rolled her eyes when we answered her questions. We literally left and drove further to Henry Ford Health in Plymouth. Last time we will go to Corewell even if it's life threatening.
Walk in lab wait times are ridiculous, the staff wont even look at you or communicate how long you'll need to wait. I would not recommend this CoreWell location for lab testing.
I have no problems at all with corewell health. I've been treated with respect and courtesy. Got help when needed.
