Walk in lab wait times are ridiculous, the staff wont even look at you or communicate how long you'll need to wait. I would not recommend this CoreWell location for lab testing.
I have no problems at all with corewell health. I've been treated with respect and courtesy. Got help when needed.
Horrible check in process, horrible updates and communication. I got into a car accident and I’m 7 months pregnant and always go to corewell Dearborn and this place was the nearest to my car accident, they did absolutely nothing but an ultrasound for me and I mean NOTHING and I was billed over 3,000 just for walking in and being treated like garbage during one of the worst nights I’ve ever had!!!!
I had the best experience at the ER on November 6. The staff there were fantastic and I couldn’t ask for a better visit. Glad I went there!
They should make zero stars an option when reviewing this place. I’m making this review in the waiting room where I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes to get labs done. They told me it would be 15 minutes and when you ask any clarifying questions they snap at you. They even told me they could accept a digital copy of the prescription if I emailed it to them and then said “but sometimes we never get the email.” It’s 2025….
