The lack of patient care cannot be over emphasized. Dr. Makki is unresponsive to the needs of her patients when they are in crisis and the desk will not allow you to address the issue with the doctor. I have never been so overlooked by any establishment as I was with this group, they almost cost me my life.

I called the lab before going to make sure it would be ok that I got there at 4:49. No one answered so I called family medicine (next door) and she told me that it would be fine. I drove 45 minutes there and the man working there told me no. Not only did he not apologize once for the inconvenience, he was extremely hostile. I love my Dr. at Corwell Health. Unfortunately he's not excepting new patients.
this place treated me like garbage. went in for testing and treatment and they turned me away without even seeing me.
