My son is a patient there. We have had nothing but pleasant visits. The staff has all been amazing. Reception is awesome. Nurse, practitioners and doctors are wonderful as well. We are able to get our referrals when we need them and appointments are pretty easy to get in as well.
We love the doctor and her staff.
Needed them to send a referral to an already scheduled appointment. Since it had been a year since I last was there they wouldn’t send it. Mind you it was already pre scheduled. Had to pay out of pocket. What a joke.
I have found everyone at the office to be wonderful and committed to providing quality healthcare. Dr. Lanka is thorough and takes time with me and gives clear instructions when it comes to diagnosis and medications. Cindy has been a superstar helping me through the stressful transition from one insurance to another. Diamond has also been extremely helpful. The entire team at Corewell on Biddle is great and I highly recommend this office.
Dr. Charles Xin is a terrible Doctor and his bedside manners sucks. He clearly chose the wrong profession
