No waiting great location staff is helpful and I'm getting results.
I have been calling for four days now. Every single time I get voicemail. I have left a message every day. NOBODY is calling me back. What kind of customer service is that?????? Very poor, low quality. Makes me wonder how organized their office is and what a nightmare it is to work with them.
Kiosk doesn’t work. Couldn’t get a receipt for my copay. In person service not great. Disorganized. Staff don’t use full names of patients which leads to confusion when multiple people with same name. Etc. Never coming back to this facility. Mistake hopefully they can at least do the scan properly…
Horrible place now, front staff is useless, don't refill prescriptions when needed. They have no problem letting you go 3 months without testing supplies.
