Please don’t rent from this company let alone this building, it should be condemned. And the company its self is a joke. Mold, structural issues (building is litteraly falling) expensive laundry, and rumours from the neighbors of cockroach’s. I never seen any but I genuinely think I got lucky and was able to move before they came into my unit. They will try and rip you off with hidden fees and increased rent. Save your sanity and money, you would be better off on the street.
Definitely don’t recommend living here. The building is in horrible conditions, carpet torn, walls everywhere cracking. I live on the basment level on a corner and can see the building is actively falling. Cracks in the walls got patched subpar and not even two months later it’s in just about the same condition. Laundry is incredibly expensive as well, $6 a load and the machines are SO small. I never hear it though thankfully. Ground/basement unit. Theres holes in the linoleum and cracks in the walls. The floor is sloping to one corner badly, and the walls are about as straight as a willow (not very straight), but the kitchen has been redone and looks decent, maintenance has been timely with patching the biggest cracks in the walls, and replaced the non functioning bathroom vent fan.
