It was a rough start to our visit. We were allocated a room that had a very strong smell of bleach and we couldn’t open the windows as they were locked and keys could not be located by staff. Having said that, our room was changed relatively quickly after complaining to staff so that was a good outcome. The location of this place is great though, very close to cafes, restaurants and city is a short uber ride away. This is a good budget option but I wouldn’t consider it a true 4 star hotel.
STAY AWAY!!!! We took a chance on this motel. The photos of the rooms looked wonderful for the price. It is nothing like the photos! Upon arrival we were very disgusted and regretted taking a chance. The original room we were booked into was below ground level, shower had black and red mould throughout it. The kettle was ferral, the beds sunk when weight was put onto it. Positives: - parking onsite - newly renovated bathroom - good location Negatives: - the room looked nothing like the photos, very old and outdated - stains on the carpet - the room was not clean - no bedside lights (only main room light was the bright overhead light with the switch by the door) - cigarette smoke smell in the room when we came back in the evening - management/reception were unhelpful when we raised our concerns
Well situated in the heart of Kew. By no means is this a fancy hotel. I give it 4 stars only besause it meets the expectation of its price point and is clean and comfortable. The fifth star is missing because the reader might be expecting something exceptional for a 5 star review. You are getting what you pay for, but if traveling on a tight budget, this is well and truly ok.
I gotta give this hotel 1/10 Not clean Bathroom dirty and flooded Very old and dirty equipment Please don’t close your bathroom door otherwise you are screwed I hated everything about this so called hotel And it was expensive It’s more like a motel than a hotel I would NEVer and ever come here again
