The location is great and the staff are fantastic, however the rooms leave much to be desired. The shower floods the bathroom and has no shelves or recess for putting your soaps. The bathroom has no exhaust, which means steam and toilet smell linger. The aircon/heating does not work well, and the rooms are obviously poorly insulated. Good spot, half hour tram trip to city, 5-10 minute walk up the High street of Kew for lots of restaurant and pub options. Parking was plentiful and free. Rooms were not bad. Overall really good value.
