Had an appointment on Friday to refill my medication, have revisited 3 times after being told my medications were sent to the pharmacy, online chart says my medications were refilled was told doctor was calling my insurance so I waited in lobby for an hour my third time being back for the same refill only to be told that the doctor on staff doesn't do insurance authorizations after being told that he WAS doing the authorization and to wait.
